The family reunion prayer breakfast is a spiritual event that provides an opportunity for family members to come together and give thanks, seek guidance, and offer prayers. The family reunion cookout located at The Hill Building will be a fun-filled event where family members come together to enjoy delicious food, catch up with one another, and have a great time. The cookout is a casual affair that allows everyone to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while spending time with their loved ones. The cookout will feature a menu of classic summer foods, such as burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, and ribs, as well as a variety of side dishes like potato salad, coleslaw, and baked beans. Beverages such as lemonade, soda, and beer will be provided.

The atmosphere will be laid back and festive, with music and children running around and playing games. Family members are encouraged to plan organized activities like volleyball or horseshoes to keep everyone entertained. The cookout is a great opportunity to strengthen family bonds and create lasting memories that will be cherished for years to come. The family reunion committee will not be purchasing alcohol for this particular event. It is a designated time for family members to come together, catch up, and enjoy each other's company over drinks; the responsibility for individual beverage purchases rests with each attendee.

Registration for our upcoming family reunion is taking place at the Hampton Inn, located at 421 International Center Dr., Sandston, VA 23150 from Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM During registration, you will have the opportunity to check in and receive your wristband, which grants access to all the amazing activities planned for the reunion, including the highly anticipated cookout! The registration process is essential for us to ensure a smooth and organized event. We kindly request that all family members make an effort to attend during the designated registration hours. Please note that the wristband received at registration will be required for entry into the cookout and other family reunion-related activities throughout the weekend.
